The retailers are selling it on an original CDdisk. it is available for both Windows and Mac on Amazon and EBay. You can say that Pagemaker was the prototype to InDesign and thats why the format is compatible. Adobe Pagemaker 7 was the last professional program that was able to open "Punisher" (Publisher files) Once you open it in Pagemaker and save it as a Pagemaker file format then you can open it with InDesign. People on Amazon and Ebay are selling them as low as $25. Go to Amazon and type in Adobe Pagemaker.
